With the New Year I will be focusing a lot on health, my family and I will all be eating healthy and hitting the gym more and more. One big thing about eating healthy is portion size (one of our biggest problems) so this Kitchen Elite Scale is a life saver when it comes to eating the right amount and knowing how much I am going to be eating.
