Last weeks goals! check

For the last couple of weeks I have not lost or gained anything I stayed at 149.2 yep stayed there for about 3 weeks, so last week I set a goal of trying to get down to 147, I did not care if it was 147.99999 as long as it was down to 147 and I did it... 147.6....Wahooo I am so excited and now I would like to make a new goal and that is to be down to 145 by next Wednesday, i'm not to sure I can do it but I will be eating right and working out every day no matter what.. I know I can do it (at least I hope so)

We shall see

I will also be taking my next picture on Wednesday to see the change.
