I have hit a wall when it comes to losing weight. I have not lost a single pound for about 2 weeks and it is making me frustrated. I have been eating right, working out about 5 times a week, and nothing... ugh last Wednesday was weigh in and I did not lose a single pound but I did lose 1% of my body fat so that is a good thing, I am gaining muscle but not losing weight. I did not even want to go weigh in today because I knew it did not go down even a oz, but even probable went up.
I need to keep my head up but it does get hard to keep going as hard as I have been and to eat right when it does not seem to be working. Don't get me wrong I know that these things take time and I have not been rushing it. I guess my motivation has been lacking. I will get it back tho!
