Today is Wednesday and on Wednesday is when my goals for the week have been meet or not and new goals are put into place...
Well I am very proud to say that I am now down to 145.2 YAY I finally did it! .. and now I only have 5.2 lbs to go to make my goal that I set when I first started so long ago...
So this weeks goal it to get down to 143, to loss 2 lbs.
Starting tomorrow, Tonight is dinner at church and its the only night that I eat dessert, due to Mrs. Billy's dessert is not something you can turn away from...
