Day 18

Ok  everyone so we are on day 18 of the 25 day Challenge and I am not doing well with it at all, ok i'm not doing bad, but I have not been able to go to the gym due to my husband working overtime and doubles a lot.

But as for right now I weighed in at 141 which means i'm only 1 lb away from my goal weight, and I have been eating semi right but can do a lot better. I am still not doing to well with the whole drinking water thing but I will work on it.. So here are my goals for this last week...

  1. Get down to 140.
  2. Drink more water a lot more water.
  3. Get to the gym as much as I can with Jared working a lot.
  4. Eat a lot healthier 
We shall see how this week goes and here is this weeks Motivation...
