But as for right now I weighed in at 141 which means i'm only 1 lb away from my goal weight, and I have been eating semi right but can do a lot better. I am still not doing to well with the whole drinking water thing but I will work on it.. So here are my goals for this last week...
- Get down to 140.
- Drink more water a lot more water.
- Get to the gym as much as I can with Jared working a lot.
- Eat a lot healthier
We shall see how this week goes and here is this weeks Motivation...
