Fish Oil...

What is all this hype about Fish Oils? Do you know why you are taking them and why they are good for you? Are they good for you?

Well to first start off with YES Fish oils are good for you! If you are like me and do not like to eat a lot of fish then yes you should consider taking Fish oil supplements! Fish Oil contains Omega-3 fatty acids.  Omega-3 fatty acids are needed for normal body function such as controlling blood clotting and for building cell membranes in your brain. Omega-3s also help with many other health benefits. Since your body does not produce Omega-3s, Fish Oils are one of the most popular ways of in-taking

Weight loss and Fish Oils you ask! Does Fish Oils make you loss weight? No Fish Oils alone will not make you loss weight but it does help the weight loss process, when taken daily with healthy dieting and exercise.

What should you look for when buying Fish Oils? When buying fish oils make sure that there are DHA and EPA omega-3s. Some lower quality Fish Oils will have more fillers in it than DHA and EPA. You want to make sure that you have at least 50% Omega-3s.
