1) Weight/Resistance training- weight training or resistance training (includes using your own body weight in plyometric moves) helps build lean muscle and MUSCLE BURNS FAT!!! Don't skip the weight training ladies! You will lose 30% more weight if you incorporate weight training in with your cardio! Weight training also helps boost your metabolism even after you are done working out!
2) Diet/Nutrition-we have all heard it before but ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN! Changing your diet will help you lose overall fat and and help those muscle show through. Now we all distribute our fat differently mostly depending on our genetics. There is no crazy diet secret or a magic pill or magic food. It is basic math....calories in vs calories burned!~Allison

Totally agree!! After changing my eating habits, I have found an amazing body fat reduction and my 4 pack is starting to show up!!!
